1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 97c77 platform and all its services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 97c77.

By accessing the 97c77 platform, creating an account, or using any service, you explicitly agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to Bangladeshi users. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, this Bengali version shall be considered final.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" — 97c77's website, mobile site, and all associated digital services.
• "User" / "You" — any person who accesses the 97c77 platform or operates an account.
• "Account" — a personal gaming account registered in the user's name.
• "Balance" — the total amount of funds held in the account (deposits + bonuses).
• "Bonus Funds" — additional credits granted through promotions that cannot be withdrawn before specific conditions are met.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The minimum age to open an account and use gaming services on the 97c77 platform is 21 years. Only individuals aged 21 or above may use this platform's services. 97c77 may request identity verification at any time to confirm age.

2.2 One Account Rule

Each user may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, the same device, or the same IP address is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts and balances may be confiscated.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

Providing accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account is mandatory. If an account is registered using false or misleading information, it will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.4 Updating Information

Contact the support team to change any personal information. Unauthorised changes to names, bank accounts, or payment details are prohibited.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. 97c77 will never ask for your password via email or chat.

• Use a strong password — a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Do not share your password with any third party.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.
• Always log out after using a public device or shared network.

97c77 shall not be held responsible for any unauthorised access, unless it is proven that the incident was caused by a security flaw within the platform itself.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

97c77 currently processes transactions through three major mobile financial services in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (same for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. This time may be longer due to identity verification or other reasons.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• Before requesting a withdrawal, if no active wagering requirement has been met on the account, only the original deposited amount will be withdrawable.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• KYC verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal.

4.5 Deposit Process

Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, contact the support team with proof of the transaction. 97c77 is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues on the part of the payment provider.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Depositing ৳14,000 or more grants the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, for a total of ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, the wagering required is ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.

5.3 VIP Program

97c77's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

You can advance to higher tiers based on your regular gaming activity. Contact the support team to learn about the benefits and details of each tier.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Exploiting the bonus system, bonus farming, or any form of bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Commitment

All games on the 97c77 platform are operated by third-party technology providers. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartiality. No game result is predetermined.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical error occurs during a game (disconnection, server error, etc.), the bet for that round may be considered void and the wagered amount will be refunded. In such cases, 97c77's decision is final.

6.3 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers the opportunity to bet on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Betting market rules are set before each match. In the event of any dispute, 97c77's decision is final.

6.4 Live Casino

The live casino section offers the opportunity to play with live dealers. All live game results are determined in real time and cannot be changed. If a disconnection occurs during a game, what was recorded at the time the result was determined will be accepted.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the 97c77 platform:

• Transacting with funds obtained from illegal or unauthorised sources.
• Any attempt at money laundering or financial fraud.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes through bots, automated scripts, or any other technical means.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems or security.
• Obtaining bonuses or benefits using false information.
• Using another user's identity or committing identity fraud.
• Coordinated or organised betting activity against the platform.

Participating in any of the above prohibited activities will result in the immediate closure of the account, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Limitation of Liability

The 97c77 platform provides its services on an "as-is" basis. 97c77 accepts no liability in the following cases:

• A game being interrupted due to internet connectivity issues.
• Technical failure on the part of a third-party payment provider.
• Any disruption caused by server issues on the part of a game provider.
• Account damage resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Changes to or discontinuation of services due to unforeseen legal changes.

In any circumstance, 97c77's total liability will be limited to the amount of funds involved in that specific transaction.

9 Account Suspension

9.1 Closure by 97c77

97c77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or abuse.
• Where it becomes impossible to provide services for legal reasons.
• Prolonged inactivity (no login or transaction for more than 12 months).

9.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time. Contact the support team to do so. Before the account is closed, all active bets will be settled and the remaining balance will be withdrawable (subject to bonus conditions being met).

10 Changes to Terms

97c77 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. In the case of significant changes, notice will be provided via registered email or through the platform.

Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. Please check this page regularly.

If the updated Terms are not acceptable, you have the right to close your account.

11 Responsible Gaming

97c77 treats responsible gaming as its highest priority. Gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage our users to play safely and within their limits.

• Gaming should never be a way to escape from problems.
